A Change to our Renewal Policy beginning 6/1/23

*UPCOMING RENEWAL LIMIT CHANGE*

Effective June 1, 2023, the number of times eligible items can be renewed will be reduced from 5 to 2. When this change goes into effect, it will also apply to items checked out prior to June 1, 2023.

When physical items are renewed, the new due date is calculated from the date of the renewal.

Eligible physical items can also be renewed over the phone by calling the Customer Service Office at 512-974-7475.

*PRÓXIMO CAMBIO EN EL LÍMITE DE RENOVACIÓN* A partir del 1 de junio 2023, el número de veces que puede renovar los materiales que tenga prestados se reducirá de 5 a 2 veces. Cuando este cambio entre en vigencia también aplicará a los artículos que tenga prestados antes del 1 de junio de 2023.
